1. Returns and Exchanges We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the products you have received, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The product must be in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 15 days from the date you received your order.

We may request photographic evidence of the damage before issuing a refund or exchange. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.
3. Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the product is damaged or defective.
